Our quality control room houses equipment intended to keep accurate specs on your parts.  We use a Mitutoyo profile projector, Mitutoyo height gage, 18 x 24 surface plates, and a full range of pins & gages. Quality control consistency allows us to maintain product repeatability and customer satisfaction.

In order to maintain complete control each team member working on the shop floor is responsible for a set number of quality control checks.  Completed parts are checked by qualified personnel so that accuracy remains consistent at all levels of the production process. Our strict adherence to this policy provides our customers with the highest quality product.
