Performance Machine Works uses state of the art CNC machines as well as the latest in programming techniques to quickly produce your custom orders. Combining our  experience, technique, and precision CNC equipment gives our design and machine team the edge in producing high-tech machined components.

Our methods of delivering accurate orders focus primarily on the continual quality control aspects of our business. Most of our customers need a high volume of parts. Several of our custom precision jobs require that parts are manufactured with tolerances of .0001. Our machines are also able to machine parts that are large in size and shape.

The center piece of our CNC machines is the HAAS SL20 Lathe with servo bar 300 bar feeder. The HAAS SL20 includes a 30 HP Vector Dual Drive, multi-task turning, with a full C-axis, live tooling, and programmable tailstock. Should you need specialty turning or milling operations, the HAAS SL20 will quickly and efficiently manufacture your order.

All three of our milling machines are equipped with a 10,000 - 13,000 rpm spindle that achieves super fast cycle times, and superior finishes.  4^th axis capabilities also help to further reduce production time. The time saving capabilities of these mills are reflected in the competitive pricing our customers receive.

We have a number of tooling and equipment options which allow us to add the right touches to your order.  Our Hyd-Mech high volume saw ensures that material is cut to specifications which virtually eliminate scrap. Our shop is also equipped for punching, grinding, bending, sandblasting, and welding.  We are able to work with aluminum, copper steel, brass, and plastics.
